'If There’s Any Tinge of This World' is a farewell letter to winter. Recorded in Japan during an unusually warm weather for the season, it serves as a reminder that the colder months are getting milder and shorter. We see frost much later than we used to, and the amount of snow is getting smaller - the album captures this disappearing of winter due to global warming.
